This four-monthly review was set up in 1985, dealing in particular with material culture. Topics are in part related to historical research and are open to the most varied expressions of local culture such as the environment, music, art, the retrieval of a collective memory, present day challenges and resources for the future.
In time a generational change has occurred in the editing group, allowing a constant revival and a widespread distribution in local newsagents and bookshops. The editing group works on a voluntary basis and continues with enthusiasm their research on the Waldensian Valleys and the Pinerolo area, seeking to provide an important informational tool.
The review is intended to be a meeting place for dialogue and exchange and it is open to diverse types of collaborations.
