The Board of directors, the President, the Board of Auditors and the Director.
The Board of Directors
The Board includes seven members:

-
- a member of the Tavola Valdese (administrative board of the Waldensian Church) appointed by the Tavola;
- a member of the Waldensian Studies Society board appointed by the board itself;

- two people appointed by the Waldensian Studies Society board.
The Board members remain in office for a year. During their first meeting the members elect a President, a Vice-president, a Secretary and a Treasurer.
The members of the Board are not paid, though reimbursements are offered for expenses relating to their work for the Foundation.
Every year by June 30 the Board of Directors produces a report for the Tavola Valdese and the board of the Waldensian Studies Society on its work and activities.
The Board of Auditors
The Board of auditors supervises the management of the Foundation. The Tavola Valdese nominates three people every year, one from the Tavola Valdese, one from the board of the Waldensian Studies Society and one from the Foundation’s Board of Directors of the Foundation.
The members cannot be appointed for more than five consecutive years. The Board of Auditors checks the bookkeeping entries, reports on the budget and the final balance and verifies the cash-on-hand.
The auditors can attend the meetings of the Board of Directors.
The Director.
The director supervises, directs and coordinates ordinary activities of the Foundation. He arranges with the President for the implementation of the decisions taken by the Board of Directors.
