Vocational trainings
Guides
Type of training
The vocational training for guides of the Museum and historical sites coordination team is ongoing, as is the need for continual discovery in order to better tell stories, create images, and stimulate questioning and curiosity. Once a solid basis of information is acquired, the students must take into consideration how to relate with different kinds of tourists. The training is an exercise of observation and listening more than of speaking, to adapt one\'s language and communication skills to the visitors\' needs and requests.
